§1

General Provisions

  1. The online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) conducts retail sales through the Store Owner via the Internet, based on these Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”).
  2. The Owner of the Store is: Ma’am Agata & Ma’am Dorotainfo@yesyoucanexploremore.com
  3. The company’s office is located in Warsaw, Wilanów.
  4. Whenever the term “Consumer” appears in the document, it refers to a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their economic or professional activity.
  5. The Regulations are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the customer.
  6. The condition for concluding a sales agreement is the customer’s acceptance of the Regulations when placing an order by ticking the appropriate box in the form.
  7. The prices provided in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
  8. Goods available in the Store are free from physical and legal defects.

§2

Orders

  1. Orders can be placed in the following ways:
    • Through the form available on the Store’s website,
    • By email to the address available on the Store’s website,
    • By phone to the numbers designated for placing orders, available on the Store’s website under the Contact tab.
  2. The condition for order fulfillment is providing customer data allowing verification of the customer and recipient of the goods. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Store’s Privacy Policy. The Store confirms the acceptance of the order by email or phone.
  3. The information contained on the Store’s website regarding the purchased goods at the time of placing the order, in particular: price, characteristics of the goods, its features, elements included in the set, delivery terms, and method.
  4. The information on the Store’s website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase specific goods. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Seller of the acceptance of the Order for execution.

§3

Payments

  1. The customer has the following payment methods to choose from:
    • Bank transfer — payments must be made to the specified bank account number provided in the order confirmation email. You can make the transfer online, at the post office, or at the bank. Processing begins after payment is credited to our account.
    • Cash on delivery — you pay cash upon receipt of the goods (to the courier, postman, or at the branch of the Polish Post). This method involves a higher processing fee.
    • Electronic payment (PRZELEWY24) — the most convenient and secure way to pay online. You will be redirected to the payment gateway to choose your bank and complete the transaction.
  2. Shipping costs — the total delivery cost is shown at checkout after selecting your delivery and payment method:
    InPost courier — Prepayment (transfer / online)PLN 16.00
    InPost courier — Cash on deliveryPLN 17.50
    InPost Parcel Lockers (up to 8 parcels)PLN 13.90
    Note: delivery cost may increase for non-standard dimensions or greater weight. Free delivery for orders over PLN 800.
  3. The condition for releasing the goods is payment for the goods and shipping.

§4

Shipment of Goods

  1. The Store sends the ordered goods through shipping companies (e.g., InPost).
  2. In the case of payment by transfer or credit card, the order processing time is counted from the moment of positive transaction authorization.
  3. In the case of payment in a manner other than cash on delivery, the shipping time is extended by the period between placing the order and the date of crediting the payment to the Store’s bank account.

§5

Complaints

  1. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Customer should report this fact by phone or email, and then return the advertised goods along with a description of the non-compliance. The store will arrange a courier at its own expense and send a waybill by email. The customer must pack the goods to protect them from transport damage.
  2. The Store responds to the customer’s complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint.
  3. If a justified complaint requires sending a new product or eliminating non-compliance, the Store bears the delivery costs.
  4. Differences in product photos resulting from individual monitor settings (color, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for a complaint.

§6

Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. A customer who is a Consumer purchasing “remotely” has the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to the Act on consumer rights protection of March 2, 2000.
  2. Withdrawal is possible without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. Sending the written statement before the deadline is sufficient.
  3. Upon effective withdrawal, the contract is considered not concluded. The customer must return the goods within 14 days in undamaged condition in the original packaging.
  4. The Store Owner refunds the amount paid within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
    • Services commenced with the Consumer’s consent before the 14-day period expires;
    • Audio/visual recordings on digital media after removal of original packaging;
    • Contracts where price depends solely on financial market movements;
    • Custom-made or highly personalised goods;
    • Goods that are perishable or cannot be returned by nature;
    • Newspapers and periodicals;
    • Gambling services.

§7

Privacy Protection

  1. The data controller is the Store Owner.
  2. Personal data are provided voluntarily; however, failure to provide certain data prevents the customer from placing and fulfilling an order.
  3. The customer may give separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials, including commercial newsletters.
  4. The customer has the right to access, correct, request cessation of processing, and object to the processing of their personal data.

§8

Intellectual Property

  1. The use of any materials published on the Store’s website — including photos and descriptions of goods — without the written consent of the Store is strictly prohibited.

§9

Entry into Force and Amendments

  1. These Regulations come into force on the day of publication on the Store’s website.
  2. The Regulations may be amended. Customers will be notified by email 14 days before the amended Regulations come into force.
  3. Changes will additionally be published on the Store’s website 14 days before the new Regulations come into force.
  4. All orders accepted before the date of the Regulations change are processed based on the regulations in force on the day the order was placed.
  5. If a customer does not accept the new content of the Regulations, they must notify the Store Owner within 14 days of being informed about the change.
